RHONJ-The Truth Always Comes Out
Many, many years ago, Bravo used to have the housewives write blogs and recap each episode. So, pardon me for asking: who used to write all of Teresa's blogs back then? For years, we've heard Teresa claim she never watched the show and became upset a decade later about things that happened while filming. You know, the usual: It's Joe and Melissa's fault.
Now, let's address the other part of these messages. Teresa can say things, retract her statements, and rewrite history to suit a certain narrative. However, in the end, such behavior often makes a person look bad. Teresa would have been better off letting this one slide, as it's not that serious.
Is it really such a big deal if Joe and Melissa agreed for Teresa and James (Jim) Leonard to work together? Jim Leonard was initially Joe and Melissa's attorney—is it so difficult for Teresa to admit that? Is it necessary for her to engage with the fandom just to prove a point?
I say tomato, you say tomato. I say prison, you say "going away." I say my mother's pizzelle, you say my mom's recipe. Is it worth breaking the entire family just to prove the point that your brother and sister-in-law never did anything good for you?
First, let's take a look at the first time Jim appeared on our TV screens in "The Real Housewives of New Jersey"

Also, if you recall, Jim was present at the opening of Envy and at Melissa's first Envy Fashion Show, where you can see Melissa hugging him and thanking him for being her attorney.
It's clear that Jim was initially the attorney for Melissa and Joe Gorga. In one of her podcast episodes, Melissa and Joe shared with their listeners that when Jim approached them to ask if they would be okay with him representing Teresa in her legal case, Joe and Melissa acknowledged that they understood why Jim would want to assist Teresa, given that she was a high-profile client and the case was significant. Let's not forget that Jim is primarily a criminal attorney. So, both Joe and Melissa gave him their blessing, marking the beginning of a professional relationship between Jim and Teresa.
It's not prudent for Teresa to engage with the fandom and suggest that Jim had a distorted perception of her due to Joe, Melissa, and the Wakiles portraying her in a negative light. People entrust their lawyers with their deepest confidences, and implying that Jim breached attorney-client privilege is questionable.
In my opinion, I don't think Jim gave Teresa that impression. Instead, it seems Teresa is fabricating the story to perpetuate the false narrative that Joe and Melissa are against her.
After all, in Teresa's world, isn't it always Joe and Melissa's fault?
Let me share with you what Jim actually said. I won't put words in his mouth; instead, I'll let Jim speak for himself. Once upon a time, Jim popped up on Melissa Pfeister's podcast Side Piece—not to be mistaken for Melissa Gorga's podcast On Display!
As much as the host tried to put the narrative that Melissa is a competitor of Teresa, I must admit that I was impressed Jim didn’t take the bait, and didn’t fold under her questioning.
There you have it… The Gorgas were supportive!
